Great service from product knowledge at the point of sale, to a smooth and timely install. Dealing with a family owned factory authorized dealer, saved me thousands in comparison to previous quotes. With fair and upfront pricing, I was able to select Carriers Infinty System for a little more than other mid-tier quotes.

Verified ServiceAbsolutely unacceptable experience. I had a technician at my home all day for AC maintenance (Job #672711), and what should have been a routine repair turned into a serious safety incident. After hours of delays and mistakes, my home carbon monoxide alarm went off while the tech was working in my attic. My wife, 1-year-old son, pets, and I had to evacuate the house, and I had to call 911.
Davenport Fire Department responded and confirmed dangerous CO levels in the attic where the technician was working. Even after I yelled multiple times for the technician to leave the attic, my warnings were initially ignored.
This level of negligence and disregard for customer safety is beyond unacceptable. My family was put at risk because of careless work practices. I expect accountability and serious corrective action from this company.

April 13, 2026
From the very beginning at the estimate, Gabriel demonstrated extensive knowledge and professionalism in explaining all of my options, along with pricing and advice. Infinity did not push for a sale at all and changed out my 5 ton system a few days later. The install crew did a fantastic job, completing the entire process in 1 long day and Gabriel came by late afternoon and inspected all of the work and ensured that the system was up and running before he left. I fully recommend this company.

My 17 yr old AC unit finally stopped working. I called Gilberto and he came right away to look at my unit, answer questions, and gave me options. The very next day he installed my new AC. He was reliable, polite, knowledgeable , and even cleaned up the mess when finished. Very good experience.
