Carrier Signs Agreement to Acquire Upstate New York’s Air Temp Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
The acquisition will grow Carrier’s service and controls footprint in a high-opportunity market

Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Air Temp Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., expanding its HVAC service and controls footprint in Upstate New York.
The acquisition will bring Air Temp Heating & Air Conditioning’s commercial HVAC and controls expertise into the Carrier family while expanding its presence in the region, adding to Carrier’s solutions capabilities and support its medium-term double digit growth targets.
The Binghamton-based Air Temp Heating & Air Conditioning also has offices in Syracuse and Utica. The company provides full-service HVAC solutions, including repairs, preventative maintenance and new installations for commercial and industrial customers, with expertise in a wide range of HVAC and building automation systems.
The transaction is expected to close in the coming months.
