The serial number is on the "rating plate" sticker on your product. For outdoor systems, like air conditioners or heat pumps, you’ll find the plate on the back near the service valve connections. For furnaces, it’s inside the front door panel. To access it, turn the front panel knobs counterclockwise and pull the panel toward you.
The warranty includes functional components such as the compressor, blower motor, coils, control board, and heat exchanger. For a detailed breakdown, contact your dealer or installer.
Carrier provides a limited parts warranty but not labor coverage. Labor costs are managed by your dealer or contractor, and the terms may vary.
Refrigerant is usually not replaced in normal circumstances. If it is needed, it can indicate installation issues or leaks. Reach out to your dealer for assistance.
Rust and corrosion are considered natural wear and tear, which are not included under warranty coverage

Alert codes are signals from your equipment or thermostat to indicate potential issues. These apply to the Infinity System Control. There are three types of codes:
Conditions: Inform the user about system statuses, like available software updates. These typically don’t require attention.
Faults: Indicate issues that should be addressed by a dealer. Though the system might still operate, unresolved faults can lead to damage.
Malfunctions: Signal serious problems where certain components may shut down to prevent further damage. These require immediate attention from a dealer.

The filter size is printed on the filter’s side edge. Locate the filter and check this marking.

Six months after registering your product online, you will receive an email asking you to rate your experience with your product. If you didn't receive email to review your product or you haven't registered an older product and would like to review it, visit the product page on this website and click "write a review." Product registration is required in order to leave a review.
