Overview
The Carrier Domestic Hot Water Air-to-Water Heat Pump system delivers efficient, year-round comfort for a wide range of applications. Designed as a complete solution with an indoor unit, outdoor unit, buffer tank, and domestic hot water tank, it simplifies installation for both new and retrofit projects. Ideal for forced-air heating and cooling, radiant systems, driveway heating, or mixed applications, this versatile system adapts easily to various heating and cooling strategies. The 33NM3 model installs without the need for additional hydronic components and is designed for reliable performance with low maintenance requirements. It can be paired with a furnace or boiler using the “dual fuel switch” and includes integrated auxiliary electric heat within the indoor unit.

Buffer tanks parts and accessories (including but not limited to insulation jacket and tank cover): 2 years. Water Heater Tank, Coil, and Heat Exchanger: 10 years. Water Heater Tank Parts and Accessories: 2 years. Subsequent owners receive the remainder of original owner’s warranty term.
