I have had a problem since installation where the air handler runs in the off position and I have to turn the system off at the circuit breakers. The company who did the installation AR Williams would not come out to fix it when I contacted the owner. I called another AC Company, NISAIR and they charged me $196.00 to come out and look at it but would not attempt to fix it because it could be 1 of 3 issues. NISAIR said it they returned the 2 boards that could be causing the problem and the manufacturer tested both parts and one of them tested good, the manufacturer would come back against them. So, NISAIR wouldn't attempt to fix it either. So, even thought my parts are under warranty I can't find an AC company to do the work.
