The fan speed was way too high when it was installed. The dealer came back and lowered it. It was fine for the summer. AC temp is set at 77 and heat at 73. On the first cold day, while it was still in AC mode and the indoor temp fell to 73, it started blowing cold air. I changed it to heat. The unit now changes fan speeds whenever it wants to. When it goes on high the air turns cold. The tech came out for the six month cleaning and didn't have any idea why it is doing these things.
