The “new” Infinity did not work for me

Get your info straight. I bought the top of the line “Infinity” and the best dehumidification it would do was 70%. They came out 7 times and no one ever could fix it. I now have the top of the line Carrier down a step and it’s great! Keep in mind that I had a 2010 Infinity and it was great but after 15 years things started going wrong so I sprung for the best. The best did not work properly.
