NVAC sent us Bob and Josh to do a complete furnace and AC installation. They worked the entire day without stopping. Even the neighbors commented about their professional work ethic. I wrote to NVAC: Thank you for the great service in arranging and installing the new heat pump, air handler and humidifier today. Your staff were so hard\-working and did a very good job with the clean\-up and installation, explanation of the setting of the thermostat and all around very professional. They were careful to get rid of a lot of tubing and wiring that were not needed and just looked messy. I am very glad I discussed the project with you with the result that I went ?up? to a better system. I have been a customer with an annual service contract for about 25 years, which has extended the life of my equipment and ensured that it was kept clean and working well.

Great working with them on picking out a unit. Install was fine; not sure if the roll of tape used to keep electrical conduit off the new refrigerant line that I found weeks after install was a temp solution that was never fixed or a poor choice of a permanent solution.

We had to replace our furnace. NVAC handles our annual maintenance (spring and fall) and I've always found them to be very professional and honest. They answer all questions and are extremely knowledgeable. Excellent company.

N. VA Air conditioning installed a new compressor (outside AC unit), evaporator coil (inside AC unit) and thermostat to operate my new and old heating and air conditioning units. I really appreciate the great job they did \- they explained everything to me, treated me with great respect and did a great job with their installation. While getting bids for this job I interviewed about 5 other contractors, but I stayed with N. VA Air because I liked the great job they did installing units for me in the past and how they responded to emergencies and their great service personnel. When talking with George, the owner of the business, I asked him a number of questions which the other contractors told me and he did a great job of explaining why he was doing something different or the reason why Carrier recommended something other than what the other contractors suggested. Bottom line \- I felt he explained things far better than others and he never bad mouthed the competition \- which I can't say for some of the others. It is really great to find a contractor who is honorable and straight forward \- something which is becoming harder and harder to find. Those kind of folks should be rewarded with business if at all possible.
