The service tech working on the outside unit identified that we had a gas leak. He called my attention to it and even marked the location. I called our Natural Gas provider (Amerigas) and they came out to fix it. When the Amerigas Tech finished his work, he called out the Loving Air guys as true pro's. He said "Those guys are doing really good work, the time and attention they were doing was truly good. Specifically he said the outside tech was making conduit bends that are really difficult instead of taking short cuts". So I was extremely happy with the work and an outside observer called out details that I or any other home owner would miss. Can't say enough about the crew that did the work!

Was a long road , delays on faulty new parts , bad control board , ect . Struggled to get system installed properly, tried to cut corners on the installation, salesman was useless, tech's where very good and mindful of what i wanted done. Had to correct several problems with the install. No desire on part of the salesman to solve problems, had to go over his head to get satisfaction.

From Jeremy the technician, Dakota the sales and Ryan the installer overall we are very happy with the experience. No one likes the A/C to need replacement in the hot weather but all worked together to get our household supplied with A/C in a time that supplies are limited and the busiest time of the year for Loving. We did have sticker shock at the cost but we are hoping the specs and newer technology will be worth the cost.
