Overall, the company was easy to work with; however, it took a week and three additional visits beyond the installation for the new system to work correctly. Both the fan motor and circuit board on the new system were faulty and had to be replaced. The only other issue was that they techinicians, while extremely friendly and honest about the situation, all arrived at least 30 minutes past the time I was told they would arrive.

Mario and crew with Airview AC and heating did a great job of installation. They were quick, thorough, and very professional. Mario explained everything when completed about the inside unit, outside unit, and the digital thermostat. The new Carrier unit cools better and is much quieter inside as well as the compressor outside. I am looking forward to the energy savings due to a much more efficient unit than our old one. Eric in sales was very helpful during the process and helped define the final product installed. He worked closely with me and addressed all of my questions and concerns and didn't hesitate to satisfy us with answers to all of our questions.
