I found the Atlas AC Channel in Youtube. The information they provided was extremely useful as I was looking to replace my 20 year old AC unit. Turns out they started to service the Houston area at just the right time. Compared to all the other dealers I spoke to, Atlas AC was the clear choice. The pricing they gave me was 100% transparent, no gimmicks, no games, no trickery. That is why I chose them.

Staff are friendly. Efficient tear out and install of new HVAC system. Ducting not completely sealed for efficiency. Co conducted no follow up check in the months after install. I did my own check, and contacted them when I found air leaks in attic. Then, controller eventually no longer connected to App. I called, but received no call back on a remedy. 2 weeks, called again and tech returned call with ultimately no remedy that worked. I had contacted CARRIER thru the App weeks prior. Carrier finally replied to my contact, and I was able to reset system enough so that the App works. Something is still not connected.

There were a couple of bumps along the way during the install, but Atlas ensured that the problems were fixed and they’ve always been prompt and courteous, and the semi annual checks since the install have gone well

I was familiar with Atlas by watching quite a few of their videos on YouTube. After finding my HVAC system on the fritz, I called Atlas on a Wednesday. They sent Jonathan out to our home the next day. Jonathan spent 3 hours evaluating every part of our home envelope for a new HVAC system. Jonathan blew away the competition. Others did a cursory look and gave me a quote. Not Jonathan. Jonathan was all over our home, evaluating the number and size of vents, looking at wiring, evaluating return ducts and on and on. After he left, I knew Atlas was going to get my business, no question. I had a bit more for them to do than just an install. I wanted ducts replaced, an additional cold air return installed, etc. They submitted their quote came in later that day and I immediately scheduled install the following Monday. Install was timely and impressive. Isreal, Frank, Matthew and crew were phenomenal. They all paid close attention to details that left me grinning like a Cheshire cat. I am left with a superior system at a very competitive price. I have no doubt whatsoever about the quality of the equipment and install. Your equipment is only as good as the install, folks, so why spend years wondering if you made the right decision. Folks, I own a business. I can recognize a business that is just going through the motions. That is not Atlas. Atlas is a professional organization that takes pride in their work and end product. No pressure. Just professional work and advice. Don't hesitate. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call. I'll be singing their praises to anyone looking for a HVAC system. 10 stars.

After getting a quote from a referrer from my neighbor from a different HAVC company, I was frustrated by the cost. I went on YouTube and searched cost of HVAC in my state and a video came up from Atlas. Thye said two things that caught my attention, one was their cost on on their website and another was HVAC sales people work on commission, so they don't have sale people, they have schedulers. I choose what I wanted on the website, someone called and explained my situation and they gave me quotes for two different systems side by side. This was was about 55% lower than that that first quote received from by neighbors referral. They showed up on time and completed tested the system before they left.

Arrived fully equipped and prepared. Covered small details like having materials to level compressor pad! No corners cut, thorough install. Viewed many company videos on YouTube and appreciated content.

Atlas did a wonderful job reviewing my current HVAC setup, determining recommended changes based on load calculation, and providing a clear estimate for the change out. I researched many companies before going ahead with Atlas for my new installation, and my decision was based on their clear pricing, consideration of how the new system would work most effectively in my home, quick communication at every stage, and overall knowledge and expertise. Selecting a company for such an important aspect of the home requires serious consideration, and I couldn't be more satisfied at the level of service I received.

The Atlas folks were very good and overall I was very happy with the install. I rated the experience 4 stars and would have given 5 stars had there not been a couple of glitches with a missing part which required them to send another tech out the following day so the install could be completed. Bottom line, I'm a satisfied customer.
