The service tech arrived to conduct my annual air conditioning unit checkout. He determined that the larger unit (the house has two units) had serious problems. This was not surprising as the unit is 21 years old. We then scheduled the installation of a new unit. The service tech, who quickly prepared a proposal, was professional, courteous, efficient, friendly, and answered my questions. He clearly knew his stuff. The installation crew arrived two days later and installed the unit and checked everything out to ensure that all was operating properly.
