We've been with Advent ever since we bought this house in 2013 and we've had twice annual maintenance from them ever since. (The original system was a Trane.) The maintenance service from the techs has been mostly very good though there have been some who were less strong. There has also been some turnover of the techs with Advent. This may be a normal feature of this business.
I must say that Advent took too long to send us the new system rebate check from Oncor, the local grid provider. I had to hound them for that check.
We intend to keep using their services. Unless, of course, you recommend a stronger service provider in the Dallas area.

Service tech, Chris our sales rep and installers all did a great job. The installers took great care in maneuvering the equipment to it's upstairs location, in order to avoid any damage to the stairway and wood flooring.
