our AC/heat was working just fine before the bi annual performance by the tech was performed. From that time is was all down hill: Thermometer gave erroneous display numbers, had to raise heat display to numbers very high(Example 89 degrees, thermostat had to be replace twice before problem was corrected, Thermostat did not sit flush on socket multi pin plug in, needed three service calls to correct, heat would only come on in the Auxiliary mode) The second Service Tech knew what he was doing and performed great. The unit that I ordered was installed on Sept 20th,2016. I was finally made whole on November 1st ,2016. Between that time. the heat pump had to be replaced with the correct 2 stage unit Mod. 25HNB6. Oct. 13th 2016. The air handler had to be raised to correct drain pan ( not draining problem, drain pan collapsed and leaked onto ceiling ,{ceiling had to be repainted}. Greg the Tempo Salesman came and replaced the cable wires that run from the Air handler to the thermostat. Wish me luck with my new AC/Heat unit. Charles I am keeping my service opinions silent on installers. I give Greg a 10 + for his performance. I am retired from the mechanical and Electronic Technology fields of service after 44 years.
