Airtron

AirTron is the worst company ever. They can't install things correctly and charge crazy amounts compared to other vendors. I had to go to Carrier directly to get their help to solve my problem in a reasonable manner.

I haven't needed to use Airtron's service yet, but the equipment they installed has been running without issues for almost a year now.

Timely and professional

They came to fix my heater. They put in a blower and some type of electrical thing to make it come on. Now in less than a week my AC will not work. It won't Come on inside or outside. The fan just runs none stop. I have it set on 72 and it won't cool past 78..

Jordan the salesman was great. My whole issue was removing my outside unit I had recently paid 1700 for and couldn't get any issues resolved when calling to Airtron and speaking with a rep that was absolutely no help. The manager she claimed that would reach out to me has NOT. I'd probably won't do any more business with Airtron personally or business wise. The contract/credit application process was already suspicious.

Andrew \& Jordan were our sales guys. Martin, Zach, and Jesus did the installation. All the teams were completely proficient in their knowledge, friendly in their manner, and went out of their way to be helpful.

My family has been customers for over 10 years. On a regular inspection, the technician discovered a coolant leak in the outdoor unit and in the attic coil. After a discussion with a technical sales consultant, we decided to replace the unit with a more efficient unit. The crew was out the next day and finished way ahead of schedule.

The unit is not cooling the house well enough. I had to call airtron out, and they said nothing could be done. Apparently my unit cannot keep up with the cooling I expect in the home. The unit has to run 100% of the time and still cannot maintain 70 in the house during the day. I never had this issue in my old house with my Lennox. It has been able to keep the house at 72, but that is not what I am used to.

Carrier Units have been a part of our family and will in the future.

Airtron stands behind there services and customers. We just built a new home and had some issues with cooling. Airtron came out and spent quality time reviewing and investigating the problem. After diagnostics where done the service supervisor made adjustments to the unit and recommended a few things that will make our AC run more efficiently. After a few days there has been a noticeable change.

I'm still waiting for warranty paperwork that was not included in my builder warranty packet. AirTron told me I needed to contact Carrier for it and Carrier said I needed to get it from AirTron. Still no warranty or owners manual. A vicious circle

I had to call out the contractor at least seven times to repair a system for new construction. I even had to supply a tool to one technician because he was about to leave because he didn't have one. Now that the system is repaired (7 trips) I have not had any problems with it and have always considered carrier a good brand.

Thermostat has some issues because it does not displays the outside temperatures, it says to register the product but you go to the web site and it grays out when you try to input the 4 digit code

Airtron is always great with service and expertise. They were in time, on budget and very professional. System is working great!

Brand new construction with brand new AC units. "Compressor was bad" hence we had no AC upon move\-in. Would have been nice if these guys took some pride in their work and actually TESTED the units to make sure they were functioning before leaving a job site and forcing the homeowner to deal with it.
