I had our brand new home build inspected by a 3rd party and one of the things noted was that the brand new HVAC system was not cooling as it should. Turns out the unit was not final inspected and they missed fully sealing the unit in the attic so it was pulling in hot air from the attic. They promptly fixed the issue and I've had no issues. The techs were polite and knowledgeable.

Called for registration information \- nothing in new home owner packet from builder. Called for maintenance agreement pricing and services \- emailed me didn't take my contact information \- didn't want to explain anything. Upset they put my thermostat upstairs in a bedroom not the hallway.
