I found Imperial analyzing other companying bad reviews and resolutions. A reviewer had an extremely bad experience and had called Imperial to correct what had been paid for that was incorrect and did not work. I had a complete Heating and AC system installed in my 30\-year\-old house. Great value, Excellent install, No Suprises. I'm so thankful I found Imperial.

Jesus gave me several options on how to deal my with my old system. On the day of replacement, he showed up when he said he would. The work was done with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. When he left, everything was left clean. All trash removed and no little bits of attic insulation on the floor. I highly recommend Jesus and his company.

There is just no comparison. Jesus of Imperial Heat \& AC is sharp, attentive to detail, polite, and honest. He came over, determined the best method to resolve our HVAC issue, offered options, and answered all my questions. We scheduled the service. He was on time, professional, organized, and everything went as planned. Looking back, I recall that during his assessment, he noticed several issues with our existing HVAC. This is that attention to detail that allows him to be efficient at what he does. Couldn't ask for more.
