Fast response, great installation team, explained system operation and use of the Infinity Controller (awesome). Cleanup well after install.

My AC went down in the evening and with a few mouse clicks I had a tech scheduled for early the next morning. Within 2 days my unit was replaced (1 of those days I was unavailable so that was on me) and the house nice and cool. If you need service give them a call.

From the very first call to Chris Hughes, I knew that I wanted to work with Bailey HVAC. He took a common sense approach to a new HVAC unit and worked to the best of his ability to meet a time crunch for me regarding installation. The installers worked tirelessly to make certain our unit was installed properly and on time. I was referred to Bailey by another company whose owner is retiring. The referral came from an HVAC company, and that speaks volumes.

Bailey was very professional. They kept us informed of the status of their findings of the old unit as well as the ordering, receiving and installation of the new unit. Their installers were on time and did an outstanding job.

Have been using Bailey for annual maintenance for a number of years. Always gave good support. Did a lot of troubleshooting on the old unit to find problems. Had changed out the 2nd stage HE a few years ago but started having unit trip issues this part Spring. Seemed to come back to the hear exchanger, possibly the 2nd stage unit. Decided to changeout rather than repeat HE change. Kept Infinity due to fit with controller and A/C portion.
