These guys were fantastic! I was raised with an eyeball and a handshake to do business, they did not disappoint in any way. We had one system replaced and one system serviced.They had 7 men at or house and each of them had a job and did it well. Every aspect of the deal was as stated/ expected and they exceeded anyone we worked with previously..... Even the sales guys worked with us to keep our budget in line and provide a total solution. We had four different companies compete for the business, some were less, but you could see the nickel and dime stuff coming, Best was professional and forthright from start to finish. For us, it is obvious that the owner here locally believes in do to others as you would have others do to you and it shows with his team.

We have used Carrier ac for the last two decades, so naturally when we need another one, we started to look for a local dealer. After studied the reviews, we felt pretty good about "Best Service of O'conee" and set up an appointment shortly. They listened the issues and concern we had that were related to the ac, and provided few excellent suggestions to solve them. Professional, smart people, and waste no time to get the job done. We definitely will use their service again if we need a new unit in the future. We highly recommend "Best Service of O'conee" to anybody who is in need of a good \& reliable ac/heating company in upstate.

A great installation experience from start to finish. Clearly communicated what was going to be done. Coordinated with homeowner on some unique installation challenges. Hard\-working crew that also cleaned up the job site when complete.

Best Services do a great job, whether it's plumbing, electrical, or HVAC, and this is no exception. The reason I gave a 4 star rating is because there was a wiring problem with the thermostat that they had to come back out for.

Replaced 2 systems in one day, but the electric hookups had numerous code violations. I sent the sales manager and the sales rep pictures but never heard a word from either of them.

Installation and product is fine. I used Best Services 23 years ago and it is still going strong. I am getting one for my home and this rental also that I am going to sell. I made quite clear that I was selling this place and it would be an advantage with the new unit and the warranty. After the installation and I paid for it I was told it was only 90 days to transfer. Each person I talked to you I mentioned this to and they had opportunity to inform me. I won't have the rental ready in 90 days probably shortly there after, therefore I cannot transfer the warranty. Had they been upfront with me, I would've done my home first and then the rental, as both were working fine, just old.

Unfortunately during the install one of the guys accidentally stepped through the ceiling (he was ok). They contacted me as soon as it happened and had a crew there to fully repair (and paint additional walls to match). Solid company

Recently moved to Keowee Key \& Best Services is area's certified Carrier firm. I'm mechanical engineer who works in HVAC and have specified and used high SEER Carrier units for past 20 years. Carrier is energy efficiency leader and Best Services owner \& technicians are well\-trained and knowledgeable of benefits Infinity heat pumps provide consumer. Price was also competitive with less efficient systems.

I have been using Best Services of Oconee for several years at both my house and my dad's house. They have always provided timely, professional services at a fair rate. My 24 year old system had failed and they recommended the new system they installed with professionalism and service. Tristan and Philip were an amazing installation team.

Called to have problem serviced on 20 yr old system. Best Services got us going again, but we needed to replace the system due to age. They gave us a graet price as compared to other dealers and had the install done when they promised. All in all a very professional company.

I needed one of our original 14 year old HVAC systems replaced, and part of the installation required fixing an air flow problem in the master bedroom/bath that I had since building the house. I interviewed 4 vendors in the Seneca area and selected Best Services primarily due to their professional and knowledgeable sales staff. They listened to my issues and proposed effective solutions, including a plan B for my air flow problem if needed (so far plan A has worked flawlessly!). Every individual I spoke to (sales, reception, installation) were extremely courteous and professional, including the gentleman that filed a Duke energy rebate on my behalf. Their price was competitive, and I was grateful for the military discount they offered. Installation time was a little over two days and they were always respectful of our on\-site availability. I will continue to use Best Services for all of my HVAC needs.

This was a pleasant experience from the sales visit through post installation. The installers were very conscientious of my space, cleaning up as they went. They graciously answered all my questions and worked very well as a team. The post install follow up addressed my remaining questions and needs. I am very happy with this company.

Very nice system

I'm extraordinarily dissatisfied. Trash was left on my property in the form of cigarette butts, a soda can, and latex gloves. I was told there was current running into the unit and I needed an electrician. After thoroughly checking things out myself, I called an electrician who arrived to find the ground wire on the new unit had not been connected. My new unit was dented during installation, and Best Services has made no effort to fix this or compensate me for this damage. I was not given any owner's manual for the new thermostat. I have photo evidence of the trash and damage to the unit.

We had 4 companies come out and give us estimates to replace our old system and decided on Best Services due to feeling the most comfortable with them. They were outstanding from start to finish.

We obtained competitive bids for replacement of our two HVAC systems from four companies \- all of which represented top tier rated manufacturers. Best Services was the most responsive with respect to follow up questions/clarifications and flexibility in modifying proposals. They were also the low bidder, and ultimately the successful bidder, with systems that had smart thermostats and higher combined SEER performance ratings than those proposed by the next lowest bidder. Best Services committed to get the systems installed beginning on a Friday morning and to have the work completed by midday on Saturday. However, their installation team, lead by Spencer and Chris, was very efficient. They removed the old equipment, dealt with some installation challenges, got the new Carrier units in place, up and running, got the old equipment, packing materials \& construction debris picked up and hauled away by the end of day on Friday. Over the weekend we found that one of the thermostats wasn't working properly. I called Best Services and left a message outlining the problem and asking them to call me Monday morning. They did, came out before 10 AM, checked out the thermostat and replaced it.

We had five AC companies come to our home. They all looked around our home and only company stood out. Josh the owner came out and asked about sq ft , looked at the windows, vents and cold air returns. He looked at the ac units we had and came up with a good, better, best and told us of discounts and rebate from Duke Energy. Not one other company even mentioned a word about these rebates. He informed us about the rebates at the the very first part of his informing us of our needs. Additionally, he even gave us a military discount. The installers are good men very professional and knowledgeable and just all around good guys to have in my home. The office staff are courteous and will help with any thing you need. My wife and I have made friends for life and know that we can trust Best Services to have our AC units in top notch working order. While out of town on business, they took care of diagnosing and repairing my old unit that was not their original install. After consulting with the service technician Sean, he was able to talk me through the issues with my old unit and work with my wife at home to repair it. Sean guided me through options on replacing it as it had a leak in the evaporator and was an R\-22 system. After returning home, I discussed replacing it further with Josh and he proposed several options and was willing to work through a few considerations I had on the Greenspeed units. Josh was able to provide me a solid solution and worked me into their schedule very quickly. Ronnie and his team took care of replacing my old unit with a new one and seemed to be a professional installation with little downtime. I'm pleased so far with the Greenspeed unit.

Needed a new HVAC and weather getting hotter in SC. They ordered and had it installed within one week from when the need arose.

I have 3 carrier units installed in 2008. All units had Bristol compressors. All 3 failed and were replaced under the program with Bristol compressors. I have now had 2 of the 3 replacements fail. So I've lost 5 compressors. I was offered a new unit at a good price (4th compressor). Unfortunately the 5th compressor failure was after the warranty period, so I had to pay a large price for a new unit. Carrier wouldn't offer any help on the price. Anticipate the sixth failure soon. I wouldnt use Carrier equipment again. The dealer's service, however, is A+

Was impressed with Josh, Ronnie \& Travis. I have a Mechanical Engineering degree, and it's surprising how many other contractors don't know how their products work. These guys knew their stuff and didn't make stuff up that simply wasn't true \- and they did a good job with the install.

Best Services removed an oil furnace and conventional A/C system. They worked around delays from my builder and got a new heat pump and blower system installed and adapted into existing duct ork in a day and a half, with superb workmanship.

We had our new system put in on Tuesday, June 27, 2017. The crew was here promptly at the time they said they would be here. Josh introduced them to us and they were very professional. They stayed later than a normal 8 hour shift so they would not disrupt us by coming in the second day. Very professional, efficient and polite. Training was great and they cleaned up as though they never were here. We appreciate their efforts and the system is working great.
