Terrific pre\-purchase consultation and communication. Timely and efficient product installation. Promised follow\-up apparently delayed by new office software and high demand during heat wave.

Overall I would recommend Rogue Valley Heating and Air for your air\-conditioning needs. They were very accommodating with questions and quick to get back to us when we would leave a message. Some minor clean up issues and nails through the ceiling which chipped the paint, but nothing a little patching wouldn't fix. Honest and trustworthy.

Rogue Valley Heating and Air Conditioning installed our original furnaces and AC units 19 years ago. They've been doing the maintenance ever since and have always done a good job for us, so we didn't hesitate to go with them for updating our 3\-zone HVAC system.

The gentlemen whom installed the system were polite and worked with care and made sure I knew what was happening.

RV Heat staff always responded quickly to emails and calls, which was wonderful. Rick's high level of expertise was obvious during the home assessment for the DHP, the installers were very friendly and experienced, and support staff was amazingly efficient, helpful and friendly. I very much appreciated that Rick organized a good electrician for the hook\-up since I did not have an electrician, and that staff organized and filled out most of the paperwork for the cash rebates and tax credit incentives, thank goodness! It was great how quickly RV Heat was able to schedule my installation date, in spite of a heavy work load and a lot of time pressure. I misunderstood who was to pay for the electrician to hook the DHP compressor up to my home's circuit breaker box, and Rick \& staff were very respectful during the process of clearing up the misunderstanding. All in all, I would highly recommend RV Heat \& AC.

What a pleasant experience. We knew our A/C unit was old and needed to eventually be replaced, but with some strange noises coming from the A/C unit, we called around and got little or no response. We waiting, with fingers crossed, until the weather cooled off and called Rogue Valley Heating and Air. Every person that I talked with on the phone and who came to our home to ultimately replace our A/C and Furnace unit, was not only totally professional, but extremely nice and took the time to explain (not with a "You don't know anything" attitude like so many contractors give you) what needed to be done, and once completed, explain how to operated the thermostat. Our new Carrier units are really nice (a bit bigger with the A/C unit) and even though we haven't had the chance to use the A/C (it's almost December) our furnace warms things up faster and with much less noise than our 22 year old one. And, the new thermostat can be controlled from our cell phone, and it gives us weather reports when connecting with our home Wi\-Fi. Yeah, it's a BIG, but necessary, investment, but now we don't have to worry about having to have it replaced during a heat wave or snow storm. We are hoping that if we need help, they will come quickly and give us great service. We haven't need that yet, but have no doubts. All\-in\-All, we are totally happy!

Installation of new Carrier HVAC system

After calling for professional repair of my air conditioner, it was brought to my attention that parts are no longer available for a unit that is 30 years old.. I made the decision to have both the air conditioner and furnace replaced as both were probably close to the same age.. and have had the same seasonal wear and tear in this climate. The man who came out suggested that I might want to consider a replacement instead of trying to keep the old unit running. I decided this was best. He suggested a couple of units that should work for me, and a date was set to install. I was very impressed with the trouble shooting and knowledge of the installers. The installers worked ALL day (11 hrs.) in mid to upper 90 degree weather while remaining cheerful. The temperature in the attic, where the furnace is located reached 137 degrees at one time.. I offered ice water but they were determined to keep working and only at the end of the day did they accept. I hope they are paid well for the work they do as the guys have , in my opinion, gone above an beyond to install my units correctly. The office staff have been great in dealing with my financial situation and have also made both personal visits and phone calls to make sure I am happy with the way the sale and installation went. I would recommend Rogue Valley Heating and Air to anyone looking for quick and efficient service for their heating and cooling needs.

We purchased a new air conditioner. The temperatures outside were in the hundreds and it was the week of the 4th of July but we had our new air conditioner installed in less than a week. We are very pleased with how quietly and quickly it cools our house. The two young men who installed it were polite,personable,and knew their stuff.
