The Tuesday before Christmas, my husband and I came home to a cold house. We called Zimmer, and the technician arrived within 2 hours. Unfortunately, he had bad news: the motor that was broken would be expensive to replace, and because our furnace was old, we should consider getting a new one. A quick Google search confirmed that our furnace was at the end of its life, and we decided to replace it. The Zimmer salesman arrived first thing the next morning to specify new equipment, and brought space heaters for us to use until the new furnace was installed. He promised it would be no later than Friday, and was better than his word. By late Thursday afternoon, less than 48 hours from our original call, the new furnace was installed and operating. We are very happy customers!
