I DIY everything around my house and very reluctant to bring in a contractor for anything. Perry Hall did a fantastic job, from the process of getting quotes (provided good options for a new system, responsive communication, and competitive pricing) to installation, where they showed up on time, their staff was professional and courteous and the installation was top\-notch \- clean lines, solid connections, and they worked with me on the details to ensure that the routing for the lineset and electrical worked with my ongoing home improvement projects. Finished product looks like they cared about the quality of their work. New system is a huge improvement over the old one. Couldn't be more pleased.

We had our entire HVAC system replaced this past week and I was very impressed by Perry Hall HVAC. The technicians were extremely respectful, efficient, knew what they were doing and took good care walking in and our of our house, laying down tarps where necessary and cleaning up any loose debris. They started at 9am and were done replacing the entire system by 4pm with minimal disruption to the household. They also offered great prices, beating the price of most estimates we have received and were great at responding to any questions we had via phone and e\-mail. We greatly appreciate their professional service and flexibility when coordinating around our needs and schedules.
