We had three new Carrier Infinity Series HVAC system installed by Neese Jones. Technicians Cody and Doug did an outstanding job removing all of the old equipment and installing the new systems, answering my various questions as the work unfolded and leaving the work site clean. We also love the new systems \- the outdoor A/C units are very quiet and the new wall controllers are simple to use. Thank you Carrier and Neese Jones.

Since the parts for our old furnace were obsolete, it was clear that we needed a new furnace. The weather was extremely cold and time was of the essence. They guided me through the process of choosing a new furnace and gave us a fair price. They had the installation crew come the same afternoon to install the new furnace. Really appreciated the honesty of the rep who could have "over sold" us on a much more expensive configuration of new equipment, but offered that the existing paired furnace unit is in great condition and still has 4 years of warranty left, and a lower cost option was just to replace the broken down A/C with a comparable, but much more efficient 16 seer unit until such time that we need to replace everything.

The install was scheduled quickly, the technicians were on time and professional, and Neese\-Jones even registered my furnace for the warranty so I didn't have to. I love it when all I have to do is decide on a unit, answer the front door, and write the check. Easy\-peesey!!!
