Sales and installation crew were very friendly and professional. Complete and clean install in 1 day and everything was replaced. Had to remind them about the 6 month service but other than that great company to work for and have done the same for a few neighbors. highly recommended!

Got my new Carrier system and I'm really impressed. Not only with the system itself, but with the overall experience with my HVAC contractor, Buehler Heating & Air. From the first contact to schedule an estimate to the installation, it was a very professional, respectful and satisfying experience. I appreciated that the estimate was provided by a "non-salesman" (Ryan O'Connor) who was interested in getting me the best system for MY needs. I never felt like he was going to say, "so, what do I have to do to get you into this nice, shiny, new HVAC system today?" I did get that feeling from others I received quotes from though. The installation took most of the day, but I know it was completed by professionals. I'm a retired building inspector with master inspector level certifications through national and state organizations. When having contractors do work in my home, I usually hang around them to see what is being done (or sometimes not done) and to get a feel of the overall competence level of the technician. I can tell you that both the exterior compressor and interior air handler were installed by two technicians (Dale and Nixon) who knew what they were doing and cared about the quality of the installation. A new line-set and condensate pipe were run through the underground chase which was then sealed at both ends. The condensate pipe was run along the base of the compressor and secured in place. In the 20+ years of inspecting these types of systems, I have to say I never experienced this level of care by a HVAC contractor for a simple condensate pipe. Taking that level of care for something as simple as a plastic pipe speaks volumes to the care given on the rest of the system installation. The interior air handler received a custom built return plenum tying in both of my return lines seamlessly. Supply and return lines entering through the ceiling were properly sealed and not restricted. Penetrations in the front of the air handler were sealed against air leakage. Sides and back of the air handler were wrapped in additional insulation which is something none of the other contractors provided. Overall cost was actually the least expensive out of all other quotes when taking into account the new line-set (included with all new Buehler HVAC installations), which was an additional cost of about $1800 with other contractors. When hiring contractors, I have always used the adage; you can get good, fast, and affordable... pick two. However, in this instance I'm pretty certain I got all three. Very nicely done and highly recommended!!

If you are tired of AC dealers trying to up sell you, late workers missing appointment times and poor workmanship, call Buehler Air Conditioning Company. They use the best equipment, Carrier. They show you what they are doing and they leave an impeccable job site. I have had many AC installs in my long life but never have I had a dealer that was this exceptionally good. By far the best AC dealer I have ever done business with.

This transaction was almost unreal. I've dealt w/other AC sales/service personnel since moving here in 1999, and NONE can compare with the sales and service expertise exhibited by Buehler AC. When I first called their office requesting info about replacing my 15+ year old unit, their office personnel were knowledgeable and helpful in setting up a first appointment. Their sales person, Kyle Crosby, listened to what I was trying to accomplish, offered updates / advice on product options and helped me determine the right equipment arrangement for us. Then followed\-up on a timely basis with all the details...financing options, installation date. The tech team of Darius and Josh were professional, efficient, personable...answering all my questions about the installation process as they did their work. They did an excellent job...and were extremely neat, cleaning up all the old equipment and debris. If you didn't know they were there, you'd swear nothing was changed, except the seamless replacement of my old equipment. I would ( and will ! ) highly recommend that anyone looking for good information, competitive pricing and excellent service contact this company whenever they have need of AC help !!

Air Source America did a wonderful job installing our new air conditioner. We have two air conditioner for our house and Air Source America replaced both. Their prices can't be beat and their service is excellent. I would strongly recommend them to any one .

Of course our AC just had to die on an hot August evening! But we knew our trusty service with Air Source America wouldn't let us melt for long! We were given option(s) that would fit in whatever our budget would permit \- whether to chance a repair on our 12 year old AC, or various levels of new units. We are quite pleased with our new Carrier AC! The installation was prompt and our thermostat was relocated to a more reasonable place that will allow for efficient performance (wish our previous service provider would have been so insightful years ago!). Our new unit not only cools our two\-story home quickly, it is AMAZINGLY quiet when we're enjoying time outdoors! Easier to hold conversations; music not competing with noisy AC unit operation!
