It was a great experience working with Simon, Arta and rest of his team to install a completely new HVAC heat pump system for heating and cooling at my property. They were very thorough with their analysis and design of the new system. Replaced the entire duct work due to asbestos in the boot. The installation team members Jose and Francisco did an excellent job over 3 days to get it done with minimal disturbance to the members in the household. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this team!!

I recently had my entire HVAC system overhauled by the Gurus, and couldn't be happier with the result . They replaced my old , inefficient gas furnace and ductwork with a brand new Carrier high-efficiency inverter heat pump system. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

This is my second time using Gurus . First time i added a\c and this time i upgrade my furnace . Highly recommended.

We install new furnace high efficiency 2 stage with wi-fi thermostat by Carrier \ Ecobee and the unit is very quiet compare to the old furnace .

HVAC Gurus is fair, trustworthy, professional, and very kind! I wanted to install an HVAC system for my parents house. I shopped around for quotes and previously got quoted $18k and $15k (this is after talking those companies down, too). I remember that I previously got a quote from Simon back in 2021 and reached back out to him for my final quote. I was previously quoted $6\-10k for an entire HVAC install back in 2021 so I thought a 2x price difference is crazy, even accounting for inflation. I am very happy I chose to reach out to Simon. From the very beginning, he treated me like family. He personally attended the estimation for my house and the entire time, I felt like I was chatting with my uncle! He took the time to listen to what I wanted from the project. The other companies were very good at making you feel dumb about HVAC questions and boosting their egos. I felt like I was being pushed to upgrade things that weren't necessary for my house. With Simon, he suggested that instead of spending extra money on a slim\-line AC, to put it towards adding a second vent in a large room of our house. I truly felt like I was being taken care of and not just being gouged for money. He understood that the kitchen was the primary source of heat in the house and suggested that we increase the intake vent instead of getting the "fancier" AC system. He understands the meaning of family and offered tremendous discounts because he believed in the reason why I was doing it: because my parents deserve to feel comfortable! The technicians, Eric, Joel, and Carlos were awesome! They arrived on time, were respectful, and very clean. I work from home and have 2 dogs at home and they were very accommodating with both! They answered all of my silly questions and quickly pivoted when changes had to be made (replacing a thermostat with a different one). Thank you thank you!!

Jose and Gustavo finished the install of our new 4 ton heat pump yesterday. I can say that their work on the install was great and they did a wonderful job of getting us up and running with our new setup quickly. I've had great service experiences with HVAC Gurus before and I am very happy to see that their level of expertise and skill extends to their project work as well.

I highly recommend HVAC GURUS \- professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. From the very first contact until finalizing the installation, I had a great experience! Jose is a hard worker \- he came very early in the morning, worked hard all day, although there were few unexpected issues in the installation, he stayed up late and didn't leave until everything was resolved. He also made sure to leave everything clean behind. The back office was also great \- always reachable and responsive.

Thank you for the service which you have provided. With a short notice , the team was able to complete the survey and provided me all the options i have to replace my broken A/C unit. Among all the vendors i contacted , i got the best deal and you were the quickest to follow up on my requirement. Even post installation the follow up tasks like City Permits .. were taken care of in a timely manner.
