There were a couple of problems with the original installation, but the team resolved everything to my satisfaction within 7 business days.

The close of installation was very frustrating. When first turning on the unit the outside condenser unite would not work no fan in other words. After some time they figured out the outside installer wired it wrong. Then it ran a good 30 minutes but would not cool proper. They figured out it was low on coolant. So well over an hour after first starting the test and getting dark. It started to cool then ran for hours till midnight before it cooled the house down to 78 degrees. Any way a very frustrating and worrisome end of installation? Unit went on the following couple of days running more than it rested? It still runs as much as it is off. The old unit ran less i hope all is well? Waiting to see my next electric bill if it is less as guaranteed?

The Atchley installation technicians did an excellent job installing the new upstairs unit in my house. They had installed a Carrier unit for the downstairs to the previous owners a couple years ago, which has been running very well since we purchased the house. Atchley is always professional and thorough when they perform service on our units. Great service and great employees!

Way way too expensive! And humidity still way way high in the house. That's the reason we ordered a new system. Sure hope the techs that are here now can get that figured out, without us having to run our a/c at a low temp. We prefer to be energy conscious and keep temps at 76 summer, 68 winter. We bought next to top of the line and expect this level of performance!

I understand that the gentlemen who did the installation were employees of Bud Anderson Air and were doing the installation for Atchley Air. They were extremely clean, on task, dedicated to the task and efficient as they went about completing the installation which took about 6 hours.

These guys are well trained and courteous. Recommend to anyone. I have been using Atchley Air for over 35 years here in Fort Smith and during that time have purchased either 4 or 5 units on my homes and duplexes.

We had 2 units to replace that were very old. Atchley sent 2 teams and got it done in one day. They had to stay very late due to some issues with the draining in my house and having a small attic but they were committed to not leaving until the job was done. Very professional, courteous workers.

Had one mistake at installation. Condensation drain line, and shut off alarm installed backwards. Service tech came out immediately and reversed the lines with no problem. Equipment works great.

Overall, I have been pleased with Atchley Air, but the installed Carrier HVAC has been disappointing. It seems to struggle to keep our house cool during our recent hot days. The fan speed was originally set too fast, so it was loud and blew lots of air, but the air wasn't very cool. After a technician came out and adjusted the fan speed and thermostat, the system is quieter and the air is colder, but still struggles to cool sufficiently during the hottest part of the day. (Our old York system seemed to cool better) Maybe I just expected too much from this new system and maybe it's just that it's extra hot outside, but I'm just trying to present an honest review as requested.

Excellent equipment and the crew was very Professional. We have a small leak but I'm sure they will get that fixed in a timely fashion.

There were a few setbacks in the installation, but they got resolved. Since the total installation took about 3 weeks, wish there had been better communication about where they were at at any given time.

Hardware installation is perfect. Furnace failed 1st night and Tech came out and fixed issue with fan speed. Initial software installed incorrectly. 2 visits from Tech resulted in me calling Carrier support with dealer supplied information. Carrier support asked me if I was following the instructions in the owners manual. That's when I noticed that I had the installation manual. A quick trip to Atchley's to get the correct manual and all is well. It was a bit of a circuitous route but we are very pleased with our unit. We have used Atchley for years with our previous unit and have always had good service from them.

Prompt attention to my problem and professionalism.

Only issue was scheduling issues, suspect primarily caused by sudden departure of our original technician. Everyone was professional and courteous.

So far so good, we are glad to have a reliable system. The day of installation also brought much colder temperatures. The guys worked hard to finish installation in one day.

Oren Atchley was professional, courteous and we had a great experience. We had a complete new install (including duct work) and everything was done when they said it would be done. I would highly recommend them for any work I needed done on my AC.
