I do not recommend.this boiler.

We are cold and I have to set the thermostats higher than I did the old one. This means the bills are higher and we're not in the coldest part of winter. Last year, the first year we had it there were some days it never got to the temp it was set for - 69. My bedroom is over the boiler and I have to wear earplugs . No, I would not recommend this boiler to anyone .

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
