Nadia Villeneuve is Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for Carrier. She leads the company’s global human resources, communications, corporate social responsibility and enterprise events functions. In this role, Nadia sets the strategic vision for innovative talent and leadership solutions, drives programs that foster a strong and engaging culture and aligns workforce initiatives with Carrier’s business priorities. She also ensures that communications, corporate social responsibility and enterprise events are tightly integrated with the people and business strategy to strengthen engagement, reinforce cultural alignment and tell the Carrier story with clarity and consistency across internal and external audiences.

Nadia brings 30 years of experience across human resources and enterprise leadership roles spanning aerospace and commercial businesses. She joined United Technologies, Carrier’s former parent company, in 2000 and held a range of senior global leadership roles based in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. Her prior roles include Vice President, Human Resources, Asia, UTC Fire & Security, based in Shanghai, China, as well as Chief Human Resources Officer for both Pratt & Whitney and Carrier. She was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Carrier at the time of the company’s spin-off from United Technologies in April 2020.

Nadia holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Université du Québec à Montréal (Montréal, Québec, Canada) and a master’s degree in management from l’École des Hautes Études Commerciales, Université de Montréal (Montréal, Québec, Canada).
