This was the third AC unit and the second heating unit that has been installed up stairs in my home. I designed the original installation but the unit was too small. The dealer encouraged me too replace it with a larger unit which I did. I have been completely satisfied with the installers and the performance of the current AC and heating unit. I have since installed a new gas heat and 3 ton AC unit on my main floor. My 4th system from this dealer.

I had a 3 ton Carrier heat pump package unit installed. This is huge upgrade to the unit that was previously installed. This thing moves some air. You can feel the airflow coming out of the ducts all the way up to the light switches on the wall. And it's cold air too. It was 88 degrees in the house when they finished installing the unit and the house had not been under 84 for the past week. I set the thermostat to 66 degrees and when we got home 4 hours later it was 66 degrees I the house. I was very impress. We bought this house 14 years ago and the house has never cooled very well. This thing is incredible.
