Our air conditioning system failed during the hottest week in 2023. I called a local company, Vitt Heating and A/C, the day it failed and they were able to send someone out to repair the system that same day. Unfortunately, the technician said that our old system could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. We had the furnace and air conditioning unit installed last Friday and the furnace quit heating Wednesday morning at 4:30 am. The thermostat said it was 63 degrees. I called Vitt Heating and cooling and got the answering service. The secretary at Vitt called me at 7:00 am and said they would send someone out as soon as someone was freed up. At 8:30 am I recieved a text that Jake the service man was on his way. At about 9:30 the service man arrives, ask what the problem is. Jake diagnosed the problem, it was little fan on top of the furnace that quit working. That is why the furnace would not come on.Jake changed out the fan. Now the furnace works great. I do understand that the parts to my furnace and air conditioner are mechanical and that you can get a faulty part. I am very pleased with our Carrier furnace and air conditioner that Vitt heating and cooling installed and with the promptness of their service department. They were very concerned about getting my heat back on. I will recommend these people and this company.

My home's original AC (20+ yrs) stopped working and Vitt came out to get it back working.
