Fresh Air LLP came to install my new A/C unit. They came at the appointed time and performed the work in a timely manner. They made sure that my house was left in an orderly condition. They answered any questions that I had. Very professional.

I had a 'failed' 4 ton evaporator coil that warranted replacement. I contacted Jimmy at Fresh Air who was able to schedule a visit to my residence the day thereafter. Camillo and Jose were the installing technicians and did a quality job. The unit was restored to service and I enjoyed cool air within 24 hours. I would recommend Fresh Air to future customers for quality workmanship.

Fresh Air team is top notch. Every single person is helpful, professional, personable, and ready with solutions. Their pricing is fair and they take great care to protect floors and leave your house looking as clean as it did before they started. They are good about presenting value\-added options without a constant oversell. They replaced our air conditioning units in June of this year and it works so much better than the old system. Way more efficient and the dehumidification cycle keeps our space humidity 58\-60% so we are more comfortable at a slightly higher cooling setpoint. If you're looking for a high\-performing system, I highly recommend the furnace unit with variable speed fan and 2 stage condensing unit. Great performance at a reasonable price point. Fresh Air just replaced all our ductwork this week and added a zoning kit to control upstairs and downstairs seperately. Before this we had to open and close ceiling registers every time we had to switch from cooling to heating mode or vice versa. Don't have to mess with that anymore and can have different setpoints on both floors so everyone is comfortable. If you have a 2 story house with only 1 AC unit I highly recommend this option. I rarely recommend contractors, but I tell everyone I know about FreshAir. I will never use anyone else.

When our home was new, 40 years ago, the builder had used a cheap AC system. Needless to say, they stay broke and service is a not a big part of your business for residential customers across town from you. It would take forever to get service scheduled and they never really "fixed the problem. After a summer of sometimes a week of down AC (not desirable in Houston, TX area. We looked for an area dealer and found Fresh Air, We;ve been with them ever since and really enjoy the service we get from them and other products we get from them.

Fast and Reliable service, they do a great job

Technicians installed a 4 ton box coil in my attic which was a minimally invasive process. I work from home and I barely noticed the technicians as they worked on installing my new box coil. My carpeted stairs were never soiled during the removal of my 10 year old box coil since they brought their own sheets to cover my flooring and stairs with. Overall they did a great job.

Have worked with this company for many years. Trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable. Plan to use them in future and to recommend to family and friends who need HVAC services.

Dear Sir / Madam: I moved into a newly built house (Meritage Homes) in Aug 2013. I registered both my Carrier AC units. However, it seems like only one is registered in your system. Today, I called Fresh Air because my AC was not wrokin and they had to replace a capacitor. They told me if I had registered on the carrier website my warranty would be 10 yrs instead of current 5 yrs. Could you please make sure that my warranty is 10 yrs for both AC units. Fresh Air only serviced my AC\- they did not install it. Installation was by Meritage Homes..
