Levi came right out the day we first were having problems with our air unit since we had bought this unit from them in 1994. Due to a r22freon leak it was time for another unit. We were pleased to learn that they had units in stock so we didn't have to wait. They worked with our schedule and replaced our unit 2 days later. We requested a platform to be built to get the new unit off the ground in case of flooding that we occasionally have. Very nice installation jobs were completed by the carpenter and the air installer. We highly recommend this company.

I called Monday, Chris came Tuesday and answered all my questions in detail. They gave me a qoute the same day and Brian answered all my questions. I agreed to proceed on Wednesday afternoon and it was installed and running Friday afternoon. I feel like I got really good service and a good deal. My new AC has bronze glow sprayed inside and out to help protect it from the corrosive ocean air. The spray was done manually Wednesday afternoon and it was readyby Friday.

New installation was during dog days of summer and it was done in about 4 1/2 hours, partly due to having to disassemble the air handler to get it through the opening in my attic.
