We purchased a house and it needed a new furnace and air conditioning system. We had a certain budget and Modern Air walked us through what our available options were. They made it all simple too understand and the installation was seamless. Highly recommended.

From the estimation at the beginning, to the installation at the end, MAS's staff involved with my project was easy to work with and professional. Casey's politeness and product understanding made the estimation process simple and efficient. Manny and Jesus's were the technicians that showed up ahead of schedule, and were professional throughout the installation. They cleaned as they progressed through the installation, which is a rare trait among tradespeople today. In summary: if you have any doubts on who to hire for HVAC installations, just hire MAS.

In the end, we are happy with our new HVAC system, but wish we had a smoother experience with the install. Crew dropped the ball \& missed some key simple details. They made sure I got my magnets, pizza cutter \& chip clips, but overlooked several more important details.

We could not have been happier with all of the folks at Modern Air Solutions. The process of getting a quote and scheduling installation was top notch. They were able to schedule installation for the next day. The installers were professional and efficient. They protected our floors and were very knowledgable and courteous.

Everyone was very friendly. They didn't try to see us items we didn't need. Everything was quoted and installed within a matter of days. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Lewis and one of his partners did an amazing job they legit had to go above and beyond because our furnace was from the 90s so installing the new one took a lot of hours. Around 7hours to be exact. I've used Modern Air Solutions for replacement of air conditioner, water heater and now furnace. I've always been totally satisfied.

When the enducer motor broke after just two weeks Modern Air was quick to come out and replace it.

Job: furnace and A/C replacement. Great service, neat and clean. These guys are the type I look for when doing a major home project. They even spotted mold in the a/c drain pan and consulted with me on how i wanted to handle it. Result: air purifier installed. I was so impressed that i signed up for their maintenance plan. Set up an initial appt. Tom was super down to earth went over options didn?t try to over sell what we didn?t need and allowed us time to decide. We set up install crew arrived on time and installed within a day. The unit looks great straight and they mulched around the unit! I would recommend to any and everyone!!

The representatives from Modern Air Solutions \- everyone from the main office to the installers \- were supremely courteous and very willing to answer every single question we had. While the cost of totally replacing our Furnace and AC at the same time seemed daunting, their team talked with us about all our purchase options and gave us the pros and cons about each one, helping us make a decisions which we were comfortable would deliver what we needed at a price we could afford. (There were no "bad" choices. Just equipment variances which impacted considerations for features and efficiency.) Additionally, they were able to offer financing which helped us out as well. Finally, the installation team did a fantastic job. They were extremely courteous, respectful of our home, and left the work areas cleaner than they were before they arrived. Their sheet metal work was of high quality and they were also willing to answer questions about how the units work, maintenance, and precautions to ensure longevity of the equipment. We just had a new furnace installed by Modern Air. It was great service from start to finish. Tom, the sales rep,, came prepared with brochures for all the furnace choices and accessories like humidifiers. No high pressure sales tactics. He patiently answered all of our many questions. After leaving our house, he emailed us a proposal that included prices on a variety of furnaces and any add\-ons we might want to do \- humidifier, air cleaner, etc. I was very impressed with his presentation of information from the nice folder with all the brochures and all the different prices on the proposal. It was the most organized proposal we received and we really appreciated the way it was presented so clearly. Install went smoothly and the two installers were very friendly and polite. The furnace looks great and the house is toasty warm on a chilly night!

I've used Modern Air for a couple of years now and would NOT go to anyone else. The servicemen are very professional, informative and fair. When he said it was time for a new one....I knew he had done everything up to that point. Now that I have it, I can feel how cool it is and didn't realize my old one was cooling so little!

DIAGNOSED PROBLEMS WITH OLD FURNACE, ALONG WITH SOME BAD WORK DONE BY THE PREVIOUS REPAIR CO. After WEIGHING ALL OPTIONS, GIVEN ME, DECIDED TO GO WITH A NEW FURNACE, INSTEAD OF PUTTING MORE MONEY INTO OLD TECHNOLOGY. I WAS VERY GLAD I FOUND MODERN AIR SOLUTIONS, AND FINALLY PUT AN END TO THE BAD EXPERIENCES IVE HAD IN THE PAST, WITH SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES.

The product has a great reputation so I did not hesitate to accept the Carrier product. Also, the company "Modern Air Solutions" was great from the salesperson to the installation. I did my shopping around but decided on "I feel" the best around town. I received the "works" since I had both the a/c and furnace installed. I know I will be able to enjoy savings and a better comfort level in my new home.
