Errors were made in my installation of two units ( 3 and 4 ton 2 stage units) when a 5 man team took 8.5 hours to install the two units .They crossed the wires from thermostats to the other compressor causing me to require a return fix. Workmen kept house relatively clean and took debris away. Installation crew failed to check drain lines and filter apparently. Sales man Eric was responsible when problems arose. Tony as final technician accompanying the county inpsector solved last problems left by installation crew. Final results quite good but errors made tiring waits. I depend on Air Ref for the next 10 years.
