Carrier China Wins “China Best Customer Center” Award for 8th Consecutive Year

The Carrier China Customer Care Center, operated by Carrier Air Conditioning Sales & Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Carrier China”), has received the “China Best Customer Center” award for the eighth consecutive year, garnering praise for its efficient and reliable customer service and high level of customer satisfaction. Carrier is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

As a leading provider of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) solutions, Carrier China provides 24-hour customer support in China. The Carrier China Customer Care Center has a connection rate of more than 98 percent for its 24-hour customer service hotline. The center also collects, summarizes and analyzes customer comments and carefully tracks the sales process from product delivery to installation, commissioning and maintenance.

The “China Best Customer Center” award is given out as part of the Jin Yin Awards, recognizing China’s top-performing customer contact centers and best practices in customer service. In 2015, the awards were organized by 51 CallCenter, one of the largest customer service portals in China and Guiyang government. This year, more than 80 enterprises and individuals received the awards. Carrier China is the only enterprise in the air-conditioning industry to win this award this year.
