Carrier to Reveal QuantumLeap™ Data Centre Thermal Management at Data Centre World London 2025

LONDON, UK -

Carrier Commercial HVAC will reveal its new QuantumLeap™ thermal management solutions in the UK at Data Centre World London, the premier event for the global data centre industry. Held at the ExCel on 12th-13th March, Carrier representatives will explain how Carrier’s thermal and management lifecycle solutions can enhance energy efficiency and sustainability while providing precision cooling for mission-critical environments. Carrier Commercial HVAC is part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.

Visitors to stand DC445 will be able to learn more about Carrier’s new QuantumLeap™ solution, including its family of Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs), specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern data centres. Data Centre World London will be the first glimpse of Carrier’s CDUs in the UK which are scheduled for release later this year.

Carrier’s experts will also be on hand to explain more about the award-winning air-cooled screw chiller, the AquaForce® 30XF, which was launched last March and offers integrated free cooling and variable speed technology, making it an ideal choice for data centres requiring reliability and efficiency.

At the Energy Efficiency, Cost Management & DCIM Theatre, starting at 10:45 am on day two, Carrier’s Data Centre Vertical Director, EMEA, Michel Grabon will be hosting a panel discussion about how data centres can optimise their operational costs with certified free cooling air-cooled chillers.

As part of its intelligent approach to data centre infrastructure management, representatives from Carrier’s intelligent controls divisions, Nlyte and Automated Logic will be able to explain how its advanced control systems can enhance equipment performance.

“Data centres demand highly efficient, sustainable solutions to help cool their facility as well as help recover and repurpose waste heat,” said Bradley Stone, Data Centre Market Manager, Carrier Commercial HVAC UK&I. “With stricter sustainability reporting and mounting pressure to reduce energy consumption, all while maintaining 24/7 reliability, we’re committed to helping data centres strike the right balance between performance, efficiency and sustainability with our intelligent and integrated suite of thermal lifecycle solutions.”

Carrier’s solutions align with decarbonisation strategies that are shaping the future of data centres and designed to help operators meet growing regulatory and sustainability demands while optimising performance. By incorporating low-GWP refrigerants, advanced heat recovery systems and smart building management technologies, Carrier enables operators to reduce carbon footprints and operational costs.

“As well as intelligent cooling solutions, Carrier has a range of thermal lifecycle equipment that captures and repurposes waste heat from data centres for practical applications like district heating,” said Bertrand Rotagnon, New Equipment and Strategy Director, Carrier Commercial HVAC, EMEA. “By implementing advanced heat recovery systems, data centres can improve energy reuse effectiveness (ERE) and reduce their carbon footprint. It's a win-win solution that addresses both environmental concerns and operational efficiency.”

With the need for continuous uptime and maximum efficiency, Carrier also offers data centres a full range of service, maintenance and monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance throughout the lifecycle of its HVAC systems.

Carrier’s BluEdge® service platform provides 24/7 support, predictive maintenance and remote diagnostics, giving operators real-time insights into system performance.
