In light of current coronavirus (Covid-19) situation, Carrier Australia is closely following the advice issued by the State and federal governments. We are actively monitoring the developments & taking all the necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of all our employees, clients and the public at large.

While we have implemented WFH procedures for all our office employees, given the nature of our business, our technicians and greater team are ensuring the utmost possible support to all our customers, especially the ones providing essential services across segments like Healthcare, Aged care center’s etc.

Our Offices are available from 8 AM to 4:30 PM to assist or arrange for any technical help on our toll free number: 1300 130 750 (with our afterhours call center fully functional for any after hour’s site requests)

We have released guidelines for our Technicians to take adequate health and safety measures and assessments prior to performing any work on sites.

They are all equipped with necessary personal protection equipment (PPE). N95/equivalent face mask, surgical masks, surgical gloves, safety glasses, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes have been supplied to all field workers along with practicing optimum hygiene while visiting any customer site.

We encourage and discuss prior to attendance any site specific requirements and access opportunities to safely manage any risks, including L1 / L2 site risk assessments with input from the relevant technicians and signoff / approval from their direct supervisor / manager.
