The installation was scheduled 3 weeks in advance however the installation crew were late starting as they did not have all the parts readily available that morning. They never got started until noon and then worked late into the night. They did not finish the same day, it actually took a month before they finished the job. You can tell the job was rushed, for example the outside wiring and refrigeration lines are not straight, the outdoor unit is not level, I have a hole in the wall that was not filled. The communication from Maple Air was lacking. Although there was a followup call from them I got no response when I asked when the job would be completed. There was no demonstration of how to use the system.

I know I made the right decision selecting Maple Air to replace and install a new Carrier Infinity furnace, Performance AC and John Wood 50G hot water tank. I obtained 6 quotes, during the 2021 summer, which were all priced fairly close to one another Farzad, the Business Development Manager, took the time to evaluate my current units and made some recommendations that would work well with my home and family needs. As a single mother with two young children, I felt comfortable with his explanations and the answers he provided to the questions I had. I communicated with him a few times after receiving the quote and was satisfied with his timely responses and the clarification I needed to make a final decision. The team who installed the units were professional and courteous. They placed a drop cloth to capture any debris at the work space. They ensured the position of the hot water tank was appropriately located in the space of the basement where I planned to rearrange my washer and dryer. When the installation team left, I had some questions that I did not think about until the next day. The Maple Air staff were quick to respond to my questions. If a service request is needed, the Maple Air website gives the option to either message them or send a text message. My summer electrical consumption was half the amount than previous years and I had the temperature set 1 degree cooler. In also noticed during that time that my natural gas consumption was 50% less. I look forward to seeing the additional savings when I use the furnace to keep my home warm during the cooler seasons. I recommend signing up for the yearly maintenance plan. This extends the warranty and you have the same company caring for your units with historical knowledge of the installation. I am satisfied with the final results.
