Good product, poor service from dealer
I have dealt with dealer previously, and would have recommended them wholeheartedly before this. The salesman?s overt sexism has tainted the experience. For example, it was obvious I was the one buying the furnace, but he directed all of his comments to my husband, and I find it has been registered in my husband?s name, not mine. It is not 1950, and some training should be given to this man regarding this issue to bring him into this century.
