Installation resulted in water damage to the basement.
We ordered furnace plus humidifier. One day after installation there was a flood in the basement because the tube connecting the humidifier got loose. I reported a problem and while the tube was fixed the damaged from the water leak was not addressed. On Thursday the representative called me to advise that if I want to proceed with complain they would have to retain the money from the subcontractor who only make 200 of such jobs and someone from Senior Management would be in touch with me. Today is Sunday and I have not heard from anyone. I had to replace carpet because it was absolutely destroyed. I would not recommend this company to anyone as not only they didn't address the damage their installation caused, they also made me feel uncomfortable that my complain would result in a person with low income being impacted, which i find is highly unprofessional. Companies should have insurance in place to address issues like these and customers should be receiving a service they pay for.
