Blake installed our Carrier furnace in 2011 and we have retained him ever since to do all service and maintenance. The furnace stopped working in Sept. 2018 when the inductor failed. Blake quickly diagnosed the problem, installed a new inductor (still under warranty), upgraded us to a new wireless thermostat and replaced all consumables, all in the same service visit.
