This furnace runs very quiet, compared to my old model. My old unit was 110 thousand BTU, which was oversized for my home. The original builder was a heating contractor. He put in the biggest unit he had in stock, hoping for bigger results. My new unit is unit 80 thousand BTU and has enough push to fully heat a new 180 sq. ft. addition we are going to do later this summer. Overall, this new Carrier should give us our money's worth and save us a bit on the heating bills. Fagnan's was very impressive as they were ready to install the next day.

I was really surprised with the little things. There was a storage shelf with jars, flower pots and other items. They needed to work around it, so the installer gently moved the items to a safe area in another room without even asking me to move them myself. I have worked with other contractors in the past that have a "that's not my job attitude". These 2 gentlemen definitely were not like that. There was an issue with the circuit breaker that prevented the installation from being completed for 2 weeks. My only critique was they were not keep me in the loop as they looked for solutions, so I was left wondering what was happening and calling to get progress updates. In the end the air conditioner is installed and my family is very happy. I will be looking to Fagnans for a quote to install a heater in my garage next. Thanks very much folks.

Fagnan's Furnace Services were referred to me by a client. I contacted them for an estimate on a furnace replacement. Jacek came out within a couple of days, provided a very detailed estimate for me, along with an explanation of exactly how the replacement would be done, how long it would take, etc. Very professional, answered all of my questions about the new thermostat, venting, and energy savings. After I decided to use Fagnan's, an appointment was booked by the end of the week. I was advised at that time that I could also book a duct cleaning the same day. A crew arrived on time and cleaned out all the ducts in a very quick time frame, and that included my dryer vent (which was nasty). Before they finished the duct cleaning, the furnace install crew arrived. Everything was done on schedule, and the work site was left very clean. The installers (Jacek \& Will) were very efficient and courteous. At the conclusion of the job, Will reviewed and explained the invoice to me. He also ran\-through the functions of the new digital thermostat. A week or so later, I had Will come back to check on a leak in my existing humidifier. He pointed out the issue with the old unit, and I then had him swap it with a new unit. He quickly installed it, and ran through the functions, including filter replacement with me. I can't express how satisfied I am with the entire process. From start to finish, this is a very professional company. Highly recommended.

Had Carrier furnace installed in 2008 and upon regular maintentace found out the heat exchanger in my model (Infinity 96) was made of aluminum casting which over time may corrode badly. Went to Fagnans Furnace to see what could be done about replacing the heat exchanger. Carrier would replace the exchanger (under warranty) but with the same aluminum casting (not interested since the same problem may come up a few years later, and warranty may be up). Carrier would give a $700 credit towards a new furnance purchase which is what I did for peace of mind.
