Carrier and Alibaba Cloud Shape a Smarter, More Sustainable Digital Future in China

A strategic collaboration agreement was signed between Carrier and Alibaba Cloud at Alibaba’s Xixi Campus in Hangzhou, aiming to the development of support smarter, more energy-efficient digital infrastructure in China.  Carrier is part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.  

The signing ceremony was attended by Michael L. Gierges, President, Climate Solutions Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, Carrier, and Pei Shen, Vice President of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence International Business Group. The strategic memorandum of understanding was signed by Cissy Wang, Managing Director, Commercial HVAC North Asia, Carrier, and Yanni Li, Director of Multinational Business, North America, Alibaba Cloud International, representing the two companies.
