During the product quality guarantee period, if there is malfunction due to product quality, and the malfunction occurs within the scope of the product quality warranty, after receiving the notification and confirmation, Carrier shall send personnel to repair or replace parts with quality problems. Carrier unit maintenance standard
Carrier electric cooling air-conditioning host includes compressor, starter, evaporator, condenser, control box and others. In accordance with personalized needs of customers, Carrier customization maintenance service shall be a maintenance service based on the standard maintenance service, which is divided into all-inclusive maintenance, multi-year maintenance, system-wide maintenance and room duty and so on.

In accordance with the technical requirements of Carrier, when the running time of the units is accumulated to a certain extent, it shall carry out overhaul on the centrifugal compressor. Due to the centrifugal compressors have different degrees of mechanical wear in starting and running period, because the hydrodynamic oil film is in the early establishment period at startup, it should be noted that the wear of various parts shall be increased. Eddy flaw inspection
Eddy flaw detection is a non-destructive detection method based on the theory of electromagnetic induction, and is used for basic heat change tube detection of shell heat exchanger. Eddy flaw inspection service can achieve non-contact detection with high detection speed and electrical display, and can store, reproduce and compare and processes data, help to detect and remove the potential risks of brass heat exchanger.
Endoscopy is a non-destructive detection method, which is used for parts inspection that can't be observed with the naked eye, including heat change tube inner wall of shell heat changer, heat exchanger shell, compressor cavity, interior plumbing and others. Endoscopy can be used combined with eddy flaw detection, which can achieve non-contact detection, have high speed, use pictures and video signal output, can be stored, reproduced and processed, directly detect and eliminate defects in the inner wall of the heat exchanger copper pipe, as well as other abnormal defects.

Non-chemical water treatment
Chiller cooling water circulating is required to go through the tower, in this process, various impurities can enter into the circulating cooling water through the cooling tower system, leading to serious problems of fouling, corrosion condenser of chillers, and there is thermal resistance increase of the condenser heat exchanger brass, the condensing temperature and condenser temperature difference increases. According to the "Civil Heating, Ventilation and Air - Conditioning Specification (GB50736-2012)", if the condensing temperature is lower, the chiller cooling coefficient may be higher and power consumption may be decrease. When evaporation temperature is constant, condensation temperature is increased by 1 degree, the cooling capacity power consumption of the compressor unit is increased by about 3% -4%. For hard dirt, debris and bacteria and algae organisms of the cooling water system, Carrier has introduced three non-chemical water treatment solutions: ionization suck dirt, ball cleaning and electromagnetic water treatment with on-line cleaning and sustained energy conservation, which do not use chemical agents, but can achieve energy conservation and environment protection.

As a main evaluation indicator of comfort, indoor air quality has been a growing concern for the public. Due to the introduction of the air - conditioning system, the popularity of modern office equipment, as well as the impermeability improvement of modern architecture, the indoor harmful gas can’t be emitted, carbon dioxide rise, leading to "air - conditioning disease", "room syndrome" and various sub-health states.
