Dustin's team of Kyle and Cole completed the installations over 2 days, ensuring we were not without heat or hot water for very long. Kyle and Cole obviously take pride in their workmanship, the installation is super neat. Combined with Dustin's reconfiguration of the ductwork and changing the orientation of the furnace, the mechanical area is neat, logically oriented and accessible. I have to mention, we could not help but notice how Kyle and Cole treated each other with consideration and respect. If I was an apprentice I would certainly want someone like Kyle as my mentor. We will definitely be turning to Razor Heating and A/C for any future service requirements.

From the moment I made contact with Shane from Razor Heating and A/C i feel comfortable. Shane came to my home and provided me with product options, but without high pressure sales tactics. This company had very competitive pricing. On the 2 days of install again plumber Chuck and Cole arrived and were very respectful of my home and worked very hard in the \-32 weather. Their workmanship was excellent. As with any project little issues arose and Chuck and Cole problem solved and resolved it quickly. They worked collaboratively with electrical team and got the job done in a timely fashion. I did also appreciate that Shane popped in to check in with me on the project and Monday morning after a brutally cold weekend of weather to see how my new system was running. Chuck and Cole are very hard workers guys and took pride in their work and overall great attention to attention to details. Chuck was able to explain to Ms.how my furnuce functions..Shane was very knowledge about the Carrier line of products. Razor heating and A/ C values their customers and has very good service before and after purchase. I feel confident that if I have questions of problems in the future I can turn to them to help me solve any issues that may arise. I really felt valued as a customer. If you are looking for a honest and hard working plumbing company I would highly recommend Razor heating and A/C.
