Prompt initial service call on our 20\-year\-old A/C. Professional and patient sales call, where we asked a lot of questions. Installation about a week later. We are very satisfied.

We called Design Air in to diagnose why the air conditioning wasn't cooling our house and learned that our furnace had reached the end of its life. The technician was able to recommend a suitable replacement at a reasonable cost and returned in a few days to do a fantastic job with the installation.

When I called Design Air to book repairs because our 23 year\-old household Central Air System was not operating, they responded immediately with a technician visit. When he found that the system was not repairable, he arrange for a call from a sales rep. Arrangements were quickly made for a new system, and installation was made a few days later. We were impressed with the speed and efficiency of the process.

Left the place cleaner than when they found it. went extra mile, re\-did all humidifier drain pipes and system (integrated to A/C drains) even though no humidifier was purchased. smooth.

MY MAIN FURNACE QUIT ON ME A FEW DAYS BEFORE X\-MAS AND NEEDED TO GET ONE UP AND RUNNING ASAP. THE QUOTE TO FIX MY EXISTING AMANA 100K BTU WAS $2600 FOR PARTS ONLY SO ACTUAL BILL WOULD HAVE EASILY EXCEEDED $3400. IT WAS 14YEARS OLD...SHOULD HAVE HAD THE MAINTENANCE PACKAGE $30/MONTH.....WOULD HAVE BEEN WELL WORTH IT...LIVE AND LEARN. FURNACE DIED ON FRIDAY, I HAD A REALLY GOOD SERVICE COMPANY(MERCI) CAME IN AND ESTIMATE THE DAMAGE(REPAIR AMOUNT). AFTERWARDS LEFT A BUNCH OF MESSAGES TO DIFFERENT FURNACE INSTALLER COMPANIES, THESE GUYS CALLED ME BACK MONDAY AND HAD IT INSTALLED UP AND RUNNING BY WEDNESDAY, THE COST WAS NEAR THE TOP END AT 6 LARGE. THE MERCI GUYS CALLED ME TUESDAY A DAY LATER BUT I WOULD HAVE GONE WITH THEM ALSO IF THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN A DAY EARLIER. DO READ THE REVIEWS SO YOU DON'T GET STUCK WITH GARBAGE SERVICE. THESE TWO COMPANIES ARE TOP SHELF, HIGH PERFORMANCE AND MOST IMPORTANT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.. CHEERS

Replacement of old Carrier furnace with Infinity 59TN6. They were knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to deal with.

System was installed quickly and with a minimum of mess. The installing team was very professional and answered my questions without hesitation. System operates quietly and provides excellent cooling.
