I called Max late in the afternoon when my AC failed in a heatwave. He came the next morning, and when he concluded that I needed a new unit, he picked it up and had it installed by end of day. I didn't time to shop around but found out since that he changed fair prices.

The old air conditioner in my house had been running for 25 years, and it was leaking which impacted the furnace with rust damage. I found Aire Max from Homestars with good candid reviews and called him on the Canada Day long weekend. Max picked up the call and quickly discussed with me the situation and we settled the inspection date. When he came over two days later, he checked and immediately pointed out the leaking/ice problem around the air conditioner. He suggested that we install a new Air Conditioner, and continued to mention Carrier as a trustworthy brand and a model which works for the size of my house with a reasonable price. In the same afternoon, he worked together with his assistant, and we had a brand new Carrier Air Conditioner working after 4\-5 hours of their hard work on a super hot day! Max and his assistant are truly professional. They are also meticulous in keeping the house and working area clean, and took away the old AC as well as any other packaging etc. I am super happy with their service, and would recommend them to anyone who needs Air Conditioner replacement.

Overall it was good. He was very responsive and was willing to work on Sunday when he needed that one day off. I'm glad to have Aire Max installed my furnace. I was glad to speak directly with Max and not a sales associate.

My furnace decided to stop working, needed contractor to fix it , found Aire Max through HomeStars.com, They have strong representation online with real review, not with the fake one, They offered me instead of repair , replace with new furnace and change Ac as well to receive $6500 grant from Greener Home Grant program, even they introduced me inspector that inspection needs for this program, very happy and highly recommended.

The old furnace in my mother's house started making squeaking noises. Max came over the next morning and found that the motor was failing. The air conditioner was also old. Max offered a discount for replacing the furnace and air conditioner at the same time. The furnace was installed and running the next day (a Saturday) and the air conditioner on the following Monday. He worked out a good solution for the vents the new high efficiency furnace needs and also provided a new thermostat. Max and his assistant worked carefully and efficiently. The work areas were all neat and tidy when they were done. Everything is running perfectly. Definitely recommended!

Max was referred by my sister. Our furnance went down while outside temperature was still below 0 at night. Max came the next morning and replaced our furnance. He recommended what suit best for the size of our home and the rebates that was offered by the manufacture. Job was professionally done.

Once again Aire Max has saved the day. It's currently \-20C in Toronto, and of course, my furnace conked out. Max responded within mins of my text and was able to fit me in for an inspection that morning. After the inspection, and as always, several options were given to me: repair/fix or get a new unit. He carefully explained the options and walked me through the CANADA GREENER HOMES GRANT, which would offset the costs of upgrading to a new furnace and a new (and needed) heat pump. He works closely with an official govt auditor who promptly made time THE SAME DAY to inspect our home and ensure the paperwork was in order to apply for the grant, following which Max began the installation of the new furnace. THIS ALL HAPPENED ON THE SAME DAY. Max knew we needed to get the furnace in promptly and did his best to get that done which will save us $ in the process. I'm always happy with Max's work, honesty, and professionalism. I highly recommend Max.

Used twice over three weeks. Once when old AC died (iced up) in middle of super hot day. Contacted in evening and they were able to come out first thing in AM to get it running again. As unit was old and needed replacing ended up replacing that and a furnace. The work was all done very cleanly and suggestions and recommendation were good and appreciated. Team was very courteous and pleasure to deal with and everything cleaned up nicely. Everything seems to be working well. Hopefully will be good for a while now as all new equipment but will definitely use/recommend in the future.

My Furnace fan broke and i was provided a choice to repair and replace. Max came right away and diagnosed the problem. I ultimately decided to replace since my furnace was out of warranty and didn't want troubles down the road. As part of the replacement, i took the opportunity to add a humidifier to manage the humidity during the winter. I was happy with the service and the professionalism and would highly recommend this company to others.

Max offered me a price better than the competition but after the final payment (check marked Paid in Full), demanded an extra $1000 + tax. He threatened to not fulfill the outstanding contract terms \- namely return of the rental water tank, filing of the $700 Prepaid MasterCard Heat Exchanger Rebate and the purchase of a Carrier Extended Labor 3rd party Warranty. He had told me that my furnace was never registered so I had to apply for the $700 Prepaid MasterCard rebate myself with his help. Over the course of the next three weeks, he told me that he would proceed to help me apply for the $700 Prepaid MasterCard rebate. But according to Carrier record, he had already registered my old furnace and used it to apply for an $800 Dealer rebate for himself without my knowledge. He blamed me for "miscalculating the price" he quoted me. He said he could not read the price on the Sales Contract on his iPhone although we went over it multiple times over several days. He lied to Carrier that we chose the $800 Dealer rebate and he had informed me about it at the beginning. I also found out that the warranty I paid him was from Aire Max and not from Carrier. At this point, Carrier is investigating into this matter. My claims are backed up by many email exchanges with him, Sales Contract he confirmed and Sales Agreement he hand\-written and signed off. I definitely do not recommend Aire Max to anyone.

I had an emergency as the AC stopped working. AIRE MAX came within hours and diagnosed the problem. We decided to replace the AC unit with a new 2\-ton Carrier. Incredibly, since the next day it was going to be rainy and they wouldn't be able to work, they offered to drive back to their warehouse, pick up the unit, and come back to install it that very night. They worked until 9PM and did a great job. They were professional, meticulous, and courteous. I'm very happy with the experience. It is remarkable that they went out of their way to get me a new AC unit on the same day.

We had serious problem with our old Air Conditioner. We called AIRE MAX Company. They visited our house as scheduled and installed a new air conditioner for our house. So Friendly, Trustworthy and Professional. I will recommend them to my friends and definitely will call them again in future for any Heating/Cooling services for my home.

Old AC unit wasn't working in middle of heatwave. Called Aire Max on a Thursday morning and Max called back back almost immediately. Made appointment for the Saturday. Came and determined old AC (not a Carrier brand) was leaking and the previous install was not very professional. Decided on new Carrier unit. He was able to come the next Tuesday and install with minimum fuss. It's been working great since. Will call when the furnace needs replacement!

We hired Max to replace our broken A/C unit and install a smart thermostat (Ecobee Lite3). He was very responsive, answered our questions honestly and quoted a fair price. After the installation he walked us through how to use everything and also warned us that our current A/C cover could lead to rust in the unit (we never would've known!).
