They had to move a number of things around, added the "Little giant" and the installation looks great! Eric walked us through the new wifi thermostat, which was very helpful. The old furnace was extremely heavy and we have a 90 degree corner at the bottom of the basement stairs and they were "so careful" so as not to bump anything. Not always the case. Finally, they tested, in depth, the various furnaces settings and the humidifier. They also made sure the humdifier and furnace were draining into the "Little Giant" and that it was pumping the water into the sink. I am very impressed with the Francis Fuels employees. Francis Fuels installed our Carrier AC at our previous home several years ago and so we entrusted them again for installation and configuration of a new Infinity heat\-pump and ECOBEE smart thermostat at our new home in June 2021. Prior to selecting Francis Fuels again we had also been in contact and had quotes from many other companies and found that both their pricing and sales support to be better than rest. The new heat\-pump was installed and up and running same\-day but we had concerns about levelling of outdoor unit (was challenging location) long term and there seemed to be an issue with the config of the smart thermostat for 2\-stage control of heat\-pump. After contacting Francis Fuels about these concerns they promptly setup an onsite visit from their installation manager. Following this meeting Francis Fuels arranged to have a crew back on site to remedy the issues (no additional expense) by: 1) Moving the outdoor unit off stand/pad on ground onto brackets mounted on foundation of our home 2) The wiring and config of the new smart\-thermostat was fixed for proper 2\-stage operation of new heat pump. At the end of the day were fully satisfied with installation and look forward to many years of reliable heating and cooling from our Carrier Infinity heat\-pump.

We have been encountering problems with our Carrier A.C. compressor recently replaced by Francis Fuel. The company showed persistent support in resolving the problem providing various parts and labour. Thomas the service representative was very patient and understanding of our problem. Mark Stevenson (technician) was also great and very patient determined to resolve the problem at hand. It took a few service calls but the problem was eventually resolved. We also bought a Carrier ventilator system from Francis Fuels a few year ago and had great service from them on this project.
