We were first introduced to Furnace & AC Experts in Dec 2017 when we needed to replace an old furnace at short notice. We were very happy with the quick turnaround to have a new Carrier furnace installed. We also started using Furnace & AC Experts to service our older Carrier air conditioner and when that unit failed in late Aug 2025, Asif recommended that we consider replacing it with a Carrier Hybrid heat pump which was installed a few days later. We are very happy with the heat pump installation which was supplied at a competitive price and two days later. Furnace AC experts also handled all paperwork related to submission of the available energy rebate. I needed a new heat pump to replace my old AC, and I reached out to 4 companies in my area with the best google review ratings. It was a man excellent experience getting urgent attention and help from this company. The staff Uzair was phenomenal is promptly responding, coordinating with onsite inspectors, and confirming the next steps to urgently resolve our furnace being down. The onsite tech expert was very thorough in finding the issue with the furnace, making precise recommendation and then rapidly sourcing the part. The team even helped me easily go through the warranty claim process. This was my second interaction with this company. Last summer, I had sought their help for brand new AC installation. I change my furnace and AC because my living room is not getting enough cooling and heating. The old units was working still. They install the new unit . After one week I complained there is not enough cooling in my living room. I have been complaining every 2 to 3 weeks up until today. But they keep telling me someone will come out soon. I rented a camera to see if the damper was close but there is no damper. Can someone help me please

Ashok Sehdev I contacted Furnace Ac Experts a couple of weeks ago. I was shopping for my Carrier Infinity Furnace as I already have an older model. I am a very specific customer and need all the details aboutthe new furnace model number. Other dealers were not providing me with more information., but when I contacted Asif at Furnace Ac Experts, he sent me an email with all the correct carrier infinity models and other information, including brochures. Iinitially made several phone calls to get more information about furnace pricing and warranties. Every time after my phone call, he sent me emails, which showed that he was not just giving me the information over the phone but providing it in black\-and\-white, which was very satisfactory as a customer. I also got the best deal from Furnace AC Experts, and they matched the price with the other dealers. When installers arrived, I requested a few additional items, like changing my humidifier valve, and they didn't ask me for anything extra for that installation. I didn't know Asif Khan before this, but I saw the excellent reviews his company, Furnace \& AC Experts have. Our furnace got tagged and shut down on a Saturday in November. He found a way to provide a consultation online so that I've wouldn't have to wait until Monday, and spent time on Sunday (his day off) calling his non\-urgent Monday appointments to see if anyone would switch with me. Our new (and fairly\-priced) Carrier furnace was installed on Monday morning. I was really impressed with the service.

I had a great experience with Furnace \& AC Experts from start to finish. Asif was a very nice guy to talk to and deal with and he was not pushy at all (which I like). He provided the best price and labour warranty for my furnace. He was able to book me in for the installation fairly quickly. It was also nice that the office called to let me know the time when the technicians were coming on the day of the install. Only thing was that the technicians came at a much later time than expected. They were delayed by another installation they were doing plus they then got stuck in rush hour traffic. The office was very good at providing a courtesy call to notify of the delay. That was appreciated. The installation took 3 hours. The following day, I received a friendly follow\-up call. That was very nice for them to do as it shows they care and value their customers. Both Asif and Areez were a pleasure to talk to. Very happy with them and will buy from them again. Now let's hope that they will be this good and responsive to us if any thing goes wrong within the warranty period. That will be the true testament.

Reached this company through Carrier website as the authorized supplier and installer of Carrier products to repair or replace my AC. From repair quotation to final sale of a new AC and installation, all team members, Osama repair supervisor, John, technician who installed the new AC and Asif as manager, all professionally explained and answered my questions patiently. Within one day of contract sign off, the new AC was installed and it has been working as expected. By the way, this company's price was competitive and I compared it with three other companies.

After comparing Quotes from several Carrier Authorized Dealers \- I selected Furnace \& AC Experts, following a visit from Asif, the Owner, and receiving a detailed and competitive Proposal / Agreement. Here's why I went with Furnace \& AC Experts: the other companies sent sales people, but Furnace \& AC Experts. sent an actual expert. Asif took the time to sit down with me and explain the exact heating and cooling requirements for our home and design a solution that would service not only our current space, but allow for expansion in the future. When I asked about other models and accessory upgrades that earlier contractors had pitched, Asif explained \- with graphs no less \- why different models, accessories, etc. were not only unnecessary, but overpriced. Another thing that sold me? The technicians that installed the A/C equipment seemed to be very knowledgeable and courteous, spent a long time running the testing and diagnostics before delivering the product. Very impressed with the service. However, the real test of the A/C will have to be in the middle of summer to ascertain the full efficiency of the product.

i had been told that the furnace replacement job will take about 6 hours, but actually it was less than 4 hours. the both intake and out take of the old equipment were going through the concrete wall to the outside air , while the intake for the new furnace is only inside the house basement , please clarify

new AC installed after request through local Lowe's Canada. Completed installation request on Easter Sunday 01 April in the AM. Asif Khan from Furnace \& AC Experts called and emailed within 1 hour to set up an appointment for 07 April. Asif was on time. Very knowledgeable on products, surveyed our home and confirmed size of now defunct Carrier AC this new unit was to replace. Recommended particular model and reasons why. Unit was installed on April 27, my first available date. Techs attend on time, installation was completed, testing was done, any mess inside and outside was cleaned up. Both techs very friendly and knowledgeable.

\*This review would not post with a 0\-star rating, but this is a 0\-star review. I got 3 quotes for a furnace and AC. I chose to go with the highest, which was Furnace and AC Experts because they are Lowe's authorized dealer, and as Asif Khan of Furnace and AC Experts said repeatedly, I was paying for Lowe's reputation, guarantee and good name. Do your research before you meet with Asif as he will upsell you at every opportunity. I had a 2\-day install. The installers got the new furnace hooked up to the new Nest thermostat and it worked beautifully the first night. The existing wiring was old and Asif arranged to send a licensed electrician the next day to install a double breaker for the 240 amp wire to the new AC and to check the old wiring to the thermostat. I was charged an additional $400 for Furnace and AC Experts' recommended licensed electrician. I was left with a furnace that short cycled (I learned a lot about wiring and furnaces). The furnace DID NOT WORK and I had no heat in below 0 weather for over 24 hours. Finally, a very knowledgeable service technician came (ask for Muhammad). He got the furnace up and running, and noted that the electrician had wired the thermostat incorrectly. I WAS CHARGED $180 TO GET A BRANDNEW, NEWLY INSTALLED FURNACE TO WORK (I had to fight this charge and it was refunded). A few days later, Muhammad the service technician returned to move the thermostat and install new wiring so both the furnace and AC would work. While he was there, Muhammad discovered that the same recommended licensed electrician that had not wired the thermostat correctly had also wired the AC incorrectly. He crossed wires so only 120 amps and not 240 amps would have been sent to the AC. I would have discovered the AC didn't work in June or July and probably have been charged an additional $180 for a service call. As it was, Furnace and AC Experts wanted to charge another $180 to move the thermostat, which again I had to fight. Bottom line: I paid significantly more for Lowe's good name. I got a furnace that did not work, an AC that did not work and a thermostat that did not work (a trifecta!). Lowe's and Furnace and AC Experts wanted to charge me an additional $360 to get equipment that did not work after it was installed to work. I had to fight this. Also, I paid an additional $400 for the recommended licensed electrician who left me with an incorrectly wired thermostat and AC! Purchase from Furnace and AC Experts at your own risk. Oh, yes. Watch out for those "unforeseen" extra costs that Asif will tell you about. They add up and up and up. I wish I had gone with the smaller independent that included the services of an electrician and told me I didn't need the most costly equipment for the size and age of my home. The only positive about this ordeal was the service technician Muhammad. He spent 6 hours in my home correcting all the mistakes the installers and electrician had made and I finally have heat in my home. (By the way, I can't make this stuff up. Furnace and AC Experts really are this incompetent.)

Our old furnace got broke down and i was in the market for a new one. I talked to various companies but after talking Asif, i have decided to go with them due to the knowledge and experience he has in this industry. Asif didn't pressure us to buy a new furnace but he explained all the pros and cons of going with repairing the old furnace. i have done my research as well and they came on par with Asif's suggestions. Technicians were well trained, Certified and they did an excellent job with the install. No shortcuts were taken and all of the install were done per code. Asif's team also registered for extended warranty and rebated. Overall we are really satisfied with Asif ( Furnace \& AC Experts ) and will recommend them to our family and friends.

Bought this most advanced furnace to see how much it can save my gas consumption. I had a pretty good furnace but needed repair costing around 700.00 . But I decided to replace it to see how the new gas modulating valve contributes optimise the consumption. So far looks good.

Impressed! I am so happy I found this Company. A HIDDEN GEM that made things right for me and my family. Sincere, honest and very capable! I have referred them to two people since the install including my doctor. This review deserves a read as my journey, post\-furnace breakdown led me to the right people! I was referred to Furnace AC Experts by Carrier Canada. Why not get a referral "from the horses mouth!" Right from the get go Furnace Experts were honest from start to finish. They were informative at explaining my options. Their approach was educational (thank you sales person Asif!!) and not fear mongering to stress one into signing on the dotted line. They told me "up front" which the others did not that Carrier had enhanced their warranty on some furnace models if I chose to fix it. Alternatively, they told me that Carrier had an existing offering to buy back specific older Carrier models. $700 for my model which was 15 years old applied to my new Carrier. It was a "no brainer" to buy. Furnace AC Experts pricing was $3,000+++ less than others had quoted. Plus, I will receive a rebate from Carrier which was all handled by Furnace Experts and another Gov't rebate which there administration people covered off for me as well!!! I received notifications over the next few days! I proof read all the time in my job and all the admin. details were bang on. My furnace was installed well, the very next morning, they arrived on time and they were very neat and treated me and my house with respect. Another furnace/service company that is Very Large here in Ontario/GTA did not discuss with me the Carrier warranty, as well as the "enhanced" warranty which came along a few years ago; they were just interested in immediately shutting my furnace down without giving me time to say good bye and replacing my furnace at a non\-competitive price. No thank you!! I will just add a few more blankets until I figure this out. And I did............ A BIG THANK YOU to Furnace \& AC Experts whom I will continue to refer and engage to service my HVAC equipment.

Having lost heat from a breakdown in our 17 year old Carrier furnace, we contacted several dealers/contractors for repair or replacement. Mr. Khan was very quick to respond and provided excellent advice. Rather than trying to sell us a particular appliance, he laid out the options with respect to various models, the technical aspects and pricing. He also informed us about the trade\-in allowance for our old furnace because of a defective heat exchanger. In light of this, the decision to go with Carrier was a no\-brainer. As well, he offered a fair price and included a 5 year all labour and installation warranty (apart from the 10 years all parts through Carrier) without any conditions about buying into annual maintenance plans, as some contractors do. The installation was timely, as promised. The crew dispatched to our home were courteous. There are a couple of adjustments outstanding but we have every confidence that these will be attended to. Mr. Khan communicates clearly and is someone we can recommend to others.

They were a pleasure to deal with, I had a major problem with my furnace and they came out on a Saturday morning (Dantes day off ) but they were prompt and efficient . Our Furnace suddenly started leaking the gas on a cold winter day. The gas company came and stopped the Furnace and gas valve and the home turned cold in few hours. We had 2 options, either to repair the faulty part or replace the new Furnace. Our furnace was 30 years old so it was better to replace. I researched online and found Furnace Ac Experts, the Carrier dealer. The consultant booked an appointment the same evening and explained us everything. he arranged the energy audit the next day and installed the furnace next evening. Technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained each step and took couple of hours to complete the installation. We are very happy with the product. The operation is quite as compared to our old furnace. Eve the warranty and other registration was done within next 2 days. We would highly recommend them. Unfortunately, the heat exchanger of our 14 year old Carrier HE furnace died. We had the option to replace the heat exchanger or purchase a new furnace. Asif Khan of Furnace AC Experts thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each option and the related incentives, and did not pressure us either way. At the end of the day, the best choice for us was the new furnace and it was installed expertly within 2 days. Terrific experience!
