The dealer's sales person and service was knowledgeable and responsive. While the system works fine, the installer used (an independent) was not very experienced, rushed, and not careful. The units were installed not vertically aligned and stepped to one side, pushing and tilting the return duct and humidifier against and rubbing on the water heater. The old humidifier wiring was pulled loosing the connections so not working. That I traced and fixed myself. The installer were call back to resolve the problem but they just crowbar the furnace bottom an inch. Later I looked and found the furnace is not square and the doors misaligned. Most of the equipment and pipes are tilted in various direction. While cleaning the furnace, I noticed water leaking from the evaporator drain trap and found it broken loose. Service came quickly and replaced it.

This company had great reviews, so we hired them to install a new furnace and heat pump. Unfortunately, it has not been a smooth experience. The salesperson was generally knowledgeable, but also gave us some incomplete information. The office didn't respond to my emailed questions about the contract. The installers seemed skilled, but they were rushed, didn't quite finish, and left a mess behind. It's now been a month, and we still don't have a fully working system. The service technician is experienced and knows what the problems are \- and comes back to fix them \- but it has been a long process and the install is still not done.

I was very disappointed with this dealer. I was installed a brand new Carrier Heat Pump AC and Furnace and had many questions. They sent a Chinese technician who could not answer our questions. He used a translator app on his phone that was translating all our questions wrong. I did not know who was in charge of my project. When I contacted the sales rep who spoke English he stopped responding to me and said that the Sergui will oversee the project and contact me. When I called Sergui he said he was busy in some building and would come and visit my house at a later date. I was very frustrated after paying them $11,039. The intake air pipe was not move to take in air from outside and a few other issue we had to address including vibrating of condenser outside and Ecobee messages alerting me some issues. Finally Sergui came and helped us. This is a ridiculous way of running a business in Canada and you can't speak to anyone in English as that's the only language I speak. I heard of them through Carrier.com and Home Stars.
